Objective: To develop methodology that will permit investigators to specify functional MRI regional of interests (fROI) and determine the optimal white matter pathways between the fROIs based on DTI.
Progress: Working path of interest tool at Dartmouth that is currently being tested further. We've had success on mapping out uncinate fasciculus and arcuate fasciculus in a healthy adult. Next step will be to apply the methodology in a larger sample of subjects to verify reliability within and across subjects.
