Objective
We want to create an Atlas Registration tool in Slicer3.
Approach, Plan
The first step is to create a simple Atlas Generation tool in Slicer3. This will be done by the AHM.
During the project week, we want to leverage expertise from Registration experts to extend and optimize the functionality.
