Objective

The object will be to identify solutions to difficult image registration problems that challenge the limits of current technology. Difficult aspects include (but are not limited to):

  • inter-subject registration
  • truncation, missing tissue
  • unknown initialization (orientation, translation)
  • inter-species registration
  • articulated deformation
