Key Investigators

Objective
We developped a tool to register 2 DTI images together. We will integrate this tool in Slicer4 as an extension.
Approach, Plan
DTI-reg is already partly developed. The plan is to understand how to create Slicer4 extensions to integrate this tool in Slicer as well as improving our tool itself.

This work will be delivered to the NA-MIC Kit as a (please select the appropriate options by noting YES against them below)
