Objective
- Support addition of Volume Rendering techniques as extensions
- Create a CUDA volume rendering extension
Approach, Plan
Redesign the VR display nodes and displayable managers Wrap existing CUDA VR into a Slicer 4.1.1 extension.

- Refactoring/Redesign: done - Extension: written - 1 more build error but extension is almost ready !
