Objective
Pursue effort that will allow the distribution of Slicer as a debian package.
Approach, Plan
Slicer specific patches associated with VTK, CTK, ITK, PythonQt, etc ... have to be contributed upstream. Slicer will be linked against QT 4.8.2

Delivery Mechanism
This work will be delivered to the NA-MIC Kit as contribution to dependent packages.
