Install Tcl/Tk
- If you don't have Tcl/Tk installed, download its binary from here:
http://downloads.activestate.com/ActiveTcl/Linux/8.4.14/ActiveTcl8.4.14.0.272572-linux-ix86.tar.gz
- Login as root and install it
Get Slicer3-IGT source code
svn co http://www.na-mic.org/svn/Slicer3/branches/IGT Slicer3
With SPLOT built, locate the OpenTracker section in Slicer3/CMakeLists.txt and configure that part as follows:
- Change this line
OPTION(USE_OPENTRACKER "Build Slicer3 with OpenTracker support." OFF)

OPTION(USE_OPENTRACKER "Build Slicer3 with OpenTracker support." ON)
- Find this part
FIND_LIBRARY(OPENTRACKER_LIB NAMES opentrackerd opentracker PATHS "" )
then change it to
FIND_LIBRARY(OPENTRACKER_LIB NAMES opentrackerd opentracker PATHS "The directory contains the opentracker lib" # e.g. /home/surg/projects/splot-build/opentracker/lib )
- Find this part

then change it to
