Project Description
Objective
- We have developed several tools to perform SPHARM-PDM shape correspondence.
- Most of those tools are compatible with Slicer4 and are available in different repository such as NITRC (www.nitrc.org)
- We plan to integrate all those tools as Slicer4 extensions to make them available easily to the entire Slicer community
Approach, Plan
- Verify compatibility of the different tools with Slicer4
- Integration of those tools as Slicer4 CLI modules
- Integration of those tools as Slicer4 extensions
Progress
- SPHARM-PDM as CLI module works in Slicer4. Hurray!
- Extensions prepared, need to package the code
- Detected few bugs in the spharm-pdm code, fixing at the moment
- Self-imposed deadline for having this up. March 2013.
