Available options
- Micah apartement - How many people ? [Jc: I could sleep on the floor with my mat]
- Holiday Inn Express BOSTON - CAMBRIDGE: ~$230 / 2 people / night => 460$/pers for 4 nights
Apt on Irving St: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/478653: $1516 / 4 nights / 4 (or 3)people => 379$ (or $506) per pers for 4 nightsApt on Cambridge St: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/217942 : $1061 / 4 nights / 4 (or 3) people) => $266 (or $354) per pers for 4 nights- Holiday Inn Boston-Brookline: $224 standard room /2 people / night => 560$/pers for 5 nights
- As suggested by Anthony: Hotels at the airport are much cheaper, so it might make sense for you to get together and rent a car and commute. e.g. Four Points by Sheraton Boston Logan Airport is ~140$ per night for a room with 2 double beds. Sheraton typically allows adding another roller bed for a small sum or for free.
- Four Points By Sheraton Boston Logan International Airport - 122$ / 2 (or 3) people / night => 250$/pers for 4 nights
Rental bike / cars
- Hertz - ~ $145 / day
- Bike - $30/day or $150/week - See http://cambridgebicycle.com/rentals/
- The Hubway - 3-day access pass: $12 http://www.thehubway.com/pricing
Possible combo for team of 2 people
- Holiday Inn Express + bike: 460 + 120: ~ $580 / pers => With an extra bed, could be a good option
- Four Points By Sheraton Boston Logan + rental car: 250 + 300 + 50 (gas): ~ 600 / pers

Questions
Would it be sufficient to simply get the airbnb receipt ?Is it okay to use airbnb so that it can be charged to a grant ? [Jc: Checking with our Finance department]- Guys, keep in mind that a Airbnb host in NYC was in serious legal trouble recently. Airbnb "urges hosts to learn about and obey all of the local laws in their cities", however many (*many*) rentals on Airbnb are just sublets, which are often prohibited by landlords. While only the hosts was sued, you never know what could happen to the renter in the process (i.e. you).
- Conclusion: Airbnb is not an option
