Objective
- The workflow at CARMA for generating fibrosis scores for patients involves creating an isosurface of the left atrium, with regions of scar overlaid. Thresholding of the isosurface is not currently possible in Slicer and we would like to explore if this feature could possibly be added to Slicer.
Approach, Plan
- Discuss with available Slicer experts on possible implementation of this feature
- Integrate the feature into Slicer
