Project Description
Objective
- To establish the methods found in Heterogeneity CAD for prostate MRI purposes
Approach, Plan
- Use a test data set of histologically confirmed prostate MRIs for training and testing
- Identify statistical methods for best analyzing the results of the quantitative approach
- Establish automated pipepline
