Objective Approach and Plan Progress and Next Steps
  • Provide mechanism and example integration for WhiteMatterAnalysis and DiPy interoperability with Slicer.
  • Create miniconda extension for DiPy, WMA, and other extension use.
  • Provide DiPy extension (depending on miniconda).
  • Create initial CLI module wrapping DiPy RTOP map calculator.
  • Created "SlicerMiniConda" extension to install and manage MiniConda dependency.
  • Slicer->DiPy->Slicer interoperability testing
