Step 1: Install Slicer 3

1. Download Slicer 3 binary: Slicer3-3.0.2008-05-22-linux-x86.tar.gz from http://www.slicer.org/DownloadSlicer.php/Nightly

Step 2: Install OpenIGTLink module

Step 3: Install IGSTK

Step 4: Connect NDI Aurora tracking device

Step 5: Perform navigation
