• (May 2008) Send further data-sets (T1, T2, FLAIR) to Marcel Prastawa to tune ITK Outlier for the MIND sequence
  • (June 2008) Marcel will send ITK Outlier code to Mark Scully to apply this approach en masse prior to programming week
• (June 2008) Finish Collection of baseline and longitudinal data-sets for roadmap tutorial
• (June 2008) Perform a white matter lesion classificaiton methods comparison study across manual tracing, ITK k-means/bayesian, ITK Outlier, EM-Segment, and Jim
  • Goal is to have this completed prior to programming week
• (July 2008) Write manuscript summarizing results of comparison
• (July 2008) Apply most promising/consistent method to clinical sample
• (August 2008) Write clinical application manuscript
