Draft Agenda (input welcome)

• Review of the method and metrics implemented for evaluation in ISMRM abstract (Sonia Pujol)
• Review of preliminary results for three tracts of interest with site by site feedback about method and parameter optimization

Algorithms:

1. Fiber Tracking (Guido Gerig or his designee)
2. 3DSlicer (Sonia Pujol)
3. GTract (Vince Magnotta or his designee)
4. Volumetric Connectivity (Ross Whitaker/Tom Fletcher or their designee)

• Discussion and refinement of tracts, algorithms, parameters for final study e.g add Stochastic Tractography (Marek Kubucki or his designee)
