Objective
- Using Namic GPU volume rendering engine and Microsoft Research Cuda volume rendering engine for virtual colonoscopy
- Add center line information to enable fly through using the both engines
- Compare the image quality and performance of both engines
- Initial Multi-touch interface
Approach, Plan
- Working with NA-MIC Engineering team to enable Namic GPU render engine for virtual colonoscopy
- Compare the Namic GPU Render with Microsoft Research Cuda volume rendering
Progress
Currently the Microsoft Research Rendering Engine has been tried for colon volume rendering
