Algorithm:DataRT
This describes the pilot data set provided by the RT DBP (Greg Sharp, MGH).
The data set contains 16 patients. All patients have the initial CT scan with relevant structures outlined. Six patients also have a follow up (post-treatment) scan with no segmentations.
All scan slices are 512x512; the number of slices varies a bit (112-118). The voxel size is between .48x.48x2.5mm^3 and 1.13x1.13x2.5mm^3, most of them are around .9mm in plane.
The segmentation availability (which stuructures are segmented) varies across patients as it depends on the tumor location. The total of 65 structures are present in these scans. The table below shows which structures (65 rows) are available for wich patients (16 columns):
