Objective
The object will be to identify solutions to difficult image registration problems that challenge the limits of current technology. Difficult aspects include (but are not limited to):
- inter-subject registration
- truncation, missing tissue
- unknown initialization (orientation, translation)
- inter-species registration
- articulated deformation
