Collaboration/NWU/Radiology Workstation
Objective: Demonstrate integration of advanced (Slicer3) Visualization in a clinical workstation
Progress:
We integrated a Slicer3 alpha version with 2D workstation by directly modifying Slicer3 code using window handles. Modifying Slicer3 prevented maintainability of Slicer3 updates. Currently, we can integrate Slicer3 without modifying base code.
Next Steps:
To finish integrating Slicer3 with custom modules support. Adding custom MRML scene with a cube representation of the volume and oblique plane.
