Onsite Needs:

  • 10-12 tables that seat 6 each
  • powerstrips for each table
  • 4 projectors:
    • Training Core has a NA-MIC projector
    • Steve Pieper has a 800x600 projector
    • Brad Davis can bring a projector from Kitware south
    • Two projectors from MIT
  • speakerphone for conference calls?
