Step 1: Install Slicer 3

Follow the instructions here to install Slicer 3:

Step 2: Install OpenIGTLink module

1. Download OpenIGTLink module source code to directory igt-tutorial:
   svn co http://www.na-mic.org/svn/NAMICSandBox/trunk/IGTLoadableModules

Step 3: Install IGSTK

Step 4: Connect NDI Aurora tracking device

Step 5: Perform navigation
