Feature freeze on 2/4/09 - we should be only cleaning up, fixing bugs, and writing documentation for existing Slicer modules.

Everyone please check the module documentation pages and make sure to fill out the documentation. Ron has added candidate names for individuals responsible for the modules. Please use the template and go along with the naming scheme.
