Project
Objective
1. To Implement Generalized QSpace Imaging Reconstruction method module in Slicer. 2. Reconstruction is part of HDFT Pipeline (High Definition Fiber Tractography). Other peocessing step includes Finding Local Maxima of ODF .
Approach, Plan
We will use ITK Filter framework to create a Reconstruction Filter.
Progress
We have standalone working code written in C++.
