  • ROI definition (manual box ROI or automated via atlas)
  • N4 bias field correction for the MRI (surface coils): requires definition of ROI, unlikely to be successful on entire image
  • refined registration intra subject MRA->cMRI
  • segmentation of LA from MRA -> inner wall
  • segmentation of LA wall
  • segmentation of enhancement within LA wall: intensity statistics
  • registration follow-up -> baseline
