Overview

The two following tutorials will allow you to perform :

• Step by step analysis: With the ShapeAnalysisModule tutorial, you will be able to run individually this UNC module within Slicer3 in order to compile structural shape analysis .
• Step by step analysis: With the ShapeAnalysisMANCOVA_Wizard tutorial, you will be able to perform statistical shape analysis, using an intuitive graphic interface.

Intuitive quality control visualizations are included at the end of the modules.
