Agenda: discuss among the group what topics below of are interest to discuss, and prioritize.

• software infrastructure and conventions for atlasing
  • Providing unique identifiers per structure within any atlas
  • Providing a mapping from structure to unique color
  • Providing mappings from local identifiers to names/IDs in official ontologies, and common synonyms
  • Developing and representing structural and functional relationships
• means for cross-atlas indexing
• tools to display hierarchical relationships between structures, superstructures and substructures
