Slicer-IGT/ForCollaborators
For US investigators seeking collablration
We are motivated to work with external collaborators using Slicer as a tool to bridge their idea and our idea, and NIH supports it. NA-MIC, the hosting center for Slicer development, is part of NIH Roadmap initiative, which offers funding to promote collaboration with existing center. See more detail on this opportunity. http://wiki.na-mic.org/Wiki/index.php/Collaborator:Resources
For International investigators
The core development team of Slicer 3D at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School [splweb.bwh.harvard.edu] have a long history of collaborating with international institutions to exchange students and faculties. Slicer for IGT is a useful shared tool to gurantee continuity of research before/during/after the visit to each other's institution. Please contact Nobuhiko Hata (hata at-mark bwh.harvard.edu) to hear more about the success story of international collaborations.
For Industrial Partners
We seek our collaboration IGT using Slicer as a vehicle for dissemination. Please see a sample "Statement of Intent" form (|Word, blank PDF) for application for collaboration, and contact Nobuhiko Hata (hata at bwh.harvard.edu) for more detail.
