Subvolume Tool: Allow specification of subregions where tools (like thresholding or level sets) are applied. Resultant label map must maintain registration with originatl NRRD CT volume.

Smoothing Tools: Allow output of ".vtk surface" from "ModelCreation" as a smoothed label map in NRRD format. Incorporate more ITK smoothing tools at the label map stage.
