• 1-5pm: Closed session for Core 1&2 Site PIs, no delegates. Topic: competitive renewal.
• 3pm: coffee break

Monday January, 7: Core 1&2 Site PI retreat/Project Activities

• 8am: Breakfast
• 9am-noon: Core 1&2 Site PI retreat continued
• 10:30am: coffee break
• Noon: lunch
• 1-5pm: Project Activities
• 3pm: coffee break

Tuesday January, 8: Project Activities

• 8am: Breakfast
• 9am-5pm: Project Activities
• 10:30am: coffee break
• Noon: lunch

Wednesday January, 9: Project Activities

• 8am: Breakfast
• 9am-5pm: Project Activities

Thursday January, 10: AHM, EAB

• Breakfast 7:30am
• 8am-noon:Presentation of the NA-MIC kit modules (software plus training materials) contributed by each core 1 and 2 site
• 10:30am: coffee break
• Noon: lunch (invited speaker: Mike Sherman, Stanford NCBC Simbios, SimTK Architect)
• 1-3pm: DBP results
• 3pm: coffee break
• 3:30-5:30pm: EAB (members planning to come, thus far: Godfrey Pearlson, Bill Lorenson, Sandy Napel, Chris Johnson, Zohara Cohen)
• 6pm: Optional: Beer at Murphys (like last year)

Friday January, 11: Project Activities

• 9am-noon: Project Activities
  • 9-10 SimTK technical discussion breakout session
  • Project updates
• Noon: adjourn and travel
