Abstract

This project has 3 goals: (1) deliver guaranteed quality image-to-mesh conversion tools for non-rigid registration of brain MRI, (2) develop parallel and distributed non-rigid registration of MRI images to meet the time constrains imposed by neurosurgery and (3) improve accuracy of non-rigid registration of brain MRI by utilizing the resources of the TeraGrid infrastructure.
