Objective

Update to the Colors module, to make it easier to drop in new colour files, as well as separating colour and semantic information.

Approach, Plan

Our approach is to decouple the voxel values, the colour RGB values and the names of the colours.

Our plan for the project week is to redesign the infrastructure, providing support for user modified colour tables.
