• The LONI De-identification Debablet is available for download. This Java application removes patient-identifying information from MR and PET images in DICOM, GE, Minc, Analyze and HRRT Interfile file formats. It can be used by collaborators wishing to share imaging data with the BIRN or in other medical imaging collaborations.

• The LONI-DB is not at a point where it can be reproduced at another site. LONI plans to supply de-identification tools which could be useful for sites desiring to share their locally acquired imaging data.

May 17, 2005 (J. Jovicich)

• A second location for a LONI-DB installation (MGH) has been selected. A deployment plan will be in place for Oct 2005.
