• XNAT REST API documentation:
  • Dan Marcus send the following link to the group: http://nrg.wikispaces.com/XNAT+REST+API.
  • We learned about project, user and experimental studies. When one specifies users for a project, XNAT will e-mail peoples who don't have an account yet so they can create one.

• A document with the DICOM to XNAT rules (sent by Dan) was also reviewed by the group .
  • There is an easy way to transfer DICOM into XNAT. Maybe we will just use the DICOM as it or zip them so it might be cleaner (no metadata crammed)

• Next week:
  • Volume of data being pushed
  • Infrastructure needed (computer, bandwidth)
