Meeting Minutes

• XNAT-mi2b2 integration

Dan Marcus proposed a subgroup from this team and his team meet by phone the hour prior to next week's meeting to define the specific XNAT developments needed to support the mi2b2 project. Then that group will present their suggestions to this meeting to get further input. Dan suggested that Chris and his other i2b2 team members, Steve, Yong, Shawn, Dan, Tim and John from Wash U gather for the 9:30 AM pre-meeting call. Valerie will help coordinate.

• mi2b2 STAR-D installation site update:
  • (BIDMC) Jesse and Chris's meeting with BIDMC Radiology IT went reasonably smoothly. They had no specific problems with it, but earliest date that they will be ready is July.
  • (BWH) Chris will make an appointment with Kathy to do the BWH install as soon as possible.
  • (MGH) Darren Sachs is trying to schedule time with Chris this Friday (needed to be rescheduled) for the installation.

• IRB update: Jesse will wait to submit his IRB until his server is up and running. Bill and Paul finished their CITI training. Charles confirmed that Dan Nigrin has the info to add them and Chris to the CHB IRB.

On going Action Items

1. mi2b2 installation at MGH then BWH this month, BIDMC next month
2. Finish amendment to CHB i2b2 IRB to add mi2b2 study personnel
