• slide 8 not clear which caption goes with which image
• slide 11 might help to show two ROI selections in 3D for context
• slide 14 description of FWHM and what it does (in general terms, with reference to paper if possible)
• slide 15 - meaning of thresholds?
• slide 16 - meaning?
• slide 17 - might be good to have basic DWI/DTI/Tractography tutorial as a prerequisite for this so terms like FA will be familiar to readers (if not, then need to define them here).
• slide 23 - what do the numbers appended to the volume names mean?
• description of output volumes is excellent
• pointer to volume rendering module will help (I believe Yanling is working on one at NCI)
• very nice end-to-end description of real-world analysis
• would be very helpful to have some clinical context of why this analysis is being performed (a slide or two on what may be learned by comparing people or populations using this as a metric).
