- Python scripting and dynamic panel (AtlasToInputRegistration, ) have been included
- Moved to if time permit: ManualSampling, StoppingConditionsEditor, ColorMapViewOnly, Colormap selector, PlotClassDistribution2D, Panel: Integrate Manual sampling to Define Anatomical tree panel
