Meeting Minutes

mi2b2 software

  • It was a great week! The Phase 2 installation at CHB and BWH were completed last week. Work is now focused on de-bugging issues that are common across the BWH, MGH and CHB installations, primarily image retrieval and display problems.

XNAT -- mi2b2 integration

  • Chris led us through the complex logic underlying the proposed XNAT-i2b2 authentication (pup: project-user-password information). Need clearer articulation of what exactly mi2b2 needs XNAT to do.
