  • Check budget that there is enough budgeted for travel: Project weeks, AHM, core retreats, working meetings, participation in outreach activities

DBP

  • Each new DBP has to host a in person kick-off meeting at their site with their algo and engineering partners before end of the year.

  • Each DBP will report those plans during AHM presentation.
