Merge the NeuroNav from NAMIC SandBox (Laurent) and the NeuroNav on trunk (Christoph) and upload it on the Slicer trunk.

To Do

Find a solution to avoid slowing down of Slicer while using label detection
  • Idea: Thread (trouble to use simple thread)
