mi2b2 software update

• Bill and Chris have implemented a Why2K workaround and will be testing it on the MGH servers this week.
• Streamlined deployment process for the PACS IT teams for the Phase 3.9 mi2b2 software. Will also make a VMware version for Jesse to try out at BIDMC.
• Dave is making progress with the UI to manage the addition demands of having multiple PACS connected.
• Chris is also working on developing the IRB auditing capabilities for the mi2b2 STAR-D cell.

RSNA abstract?

• Idea of highlighting the baby brain project to communicate the intent and progress of mi2b2 from the perspective of integration of clinical informatics with medical imaging. Deadline is March 31, 2011. Will discuss with baby brain project team.

American Medical Informatics Association abstract?

• Steve suggested this meeting as a potentially interested scientific community. See https://www.amia.org/amia2011 for details of the October 22-26, 2011 meeting. Abstract deadline is March 17, 2011. Will discuss with Shawn.

Automated longitudinal lesion analysis

• Ron and Steve presented a idea for a grant that they are developing that would utilize the DICOM part19 application hosting for supporting longitudinal Radiological image analysis. Group discussed submitting a second mi2b2 IRB application for mining the clinical data that is needed to support the grant.
