Slicer4:ThermalViewer

Introduction

The Thermal Viewer module has been developed in Slicer4 to read phase images in real-time and directly from the scanner directory to compute temperature images based on the phase difference between phase images. The purpose of this project is to monitor tissues temperatures during laser ablation.
