Introduction

During the 2013 instance of the DTI Challenge the discussion turned towards establishing standards for clinical imaging for DTI post-processing. This page will serve as a place for capturing and organizing the activities.

• The community is invited to contribute sample data sets with documented acquisitions.
  • Anonymized data only. You might want to contribute DWI data using the nrrd format.
  • We have enough data from healthy subjects. We are looking for patient data from patients with gliomas close to the motor cortex.
