Objective

• Continue developement on the Markups module
  • Move Ruler from Annotations to Markups
• Follow-up to Summer 2013 work.

Approach, Plan

• Create vtkMRMLMarkupsRulerNode, with display and storage nodes
• Create a Ruler displayable manager

Progress

• Bug 3367 tracking the port
• Initial GUI redesign to support rulers as well as fiducials
• Got some backward compatibility feedback and started work on import/export
