Project Description:
Within oncology, quantitative image feature extraction for prognostic or predictive biomarkers is an actively studied field. Here, we want to build an analysis environment with 3D-Slicer, that allows for flexible feature extraction and visualization. We want the tool to be usable from both Python and Matlab, as well as allow for batch processing of patient data.
Approach:
- - Interface with Matlab Bridge
- - Interface with DICOM RT
- - Perform analysis of test batch of patients
