Takashi Suzuki, PhD
Graduated from The Univ. of Tokyo 2007, and got Ph.D in Science. Research field was MR compatible robot using ultrasonic motor, especially EM interference-free motor control method.
Then underwent postdoc training at Tokyo Women's Medical University (TWMU). From 2009 to 2014, research assistant professor at TWMU. Research topic was intraoperative workflow monitoring and modeling. Workflow model has promising potential in standardization of surgical procedure, incident/accident detection, and outcome prediction.
Sep 2014, he has moved to Medical Device Strategy Institute (MDSI), Japan Association for the Advancement of Medical Equipment (JAAME). MDSI is the only think tank agency specialized for medical device industry in japan.

東京女子医科大学 医学部の選択講義用に日本語のチュートリアル資料を作成しました． 講義2回分を1続きのファイルとしてアップしています．
ファイル名がSlicetという恥ずかしいスペルミスになっています．http://bit.ly/twmu-1 という短縮URLを登録してしまっているので，間違ったままで訂正はしません．すみません． 修正すべき点等ありましたら，コメントいただけますと幸いです．
(注1)スライドの中で眼球のmanual segmentationが含まれていますが，この作業で学習するべき内容は，時間・手間を要するがオペレータが確認をしながら作業を進めることで信頼性が高いという点です．眼球のsegmentationそのものには特に意味はありません．
(注2)第1回目の講義(80分)で．眼球のmanual segmentationまで終了しました．ちなみに受講者は医学部2年生で，選択科目なので，ある程度コンピュータへの興味・関心がある学生です．
(注3)第2回目の講義の内容については，80分の講義のうち60分程度で終了しました．Label Map SeedingやInteractive Seedingのところで，パラメータ調整の試行錯誤をさせれば，もう少し時間を要すると思われます．
(注4)ファイルの修正・変更ができるように，元のpptxファイルをアップしました．File:SlicerTutorialJP-1.pptx
(注5)使用するファイルは英語版のtutorialのSlicer4minuteとWhiteMatterExplorationDataです．Slicer4minute-twmuとなっているのは，元ファイルでいくつかのモデルに初期値でClipがonになっていたためです．その点を修正した以外は元ファイルと同じです．．
