Project Description

Objective

  • to test whether FA/MD alternation of CST after surgery could predict the patients motor strength change
    • without taking the voxel-based FA/MD calculation, we want to test the feasibility of the FA/MD value of a whole tract

Approach, Plan

  • the registration of pre-op DTI to post-op DTI
  • convert DTI tractography models to label-map
  • evaluate the changes of FA/MD after surgery and the correlation with patients' motor strength
