Objective

  • Analyze the performance of two-tensor UKF tractography in edema

Approach, Plan

Progress

  • We've done phantom and experiments to analyze the performance of two-tensor model in UKF tractography when tracing peritumoral fibers. We've also done experiments with different parameter settings and from different seed regions to test the sensitivity of UKF tractography.
