Introduction
The 3D Slicer UNC workshop is a full day course that will combine a series of lectures and hands-on sessions using the 3D Slicer software. The morning session will provide an introduction to the basics of data loading, 3D visualization and image registration. The afternoon session will focus on fundamental and practical aspects of Diffusion MRI analysis.

Logistics

- Workshop Materials: The workshop will be a series of hands-on sessions using Slicer 4.4 and 4.3.1 release versions (http://slicer.org or http://slicer.kitware.com/midas3/slicerpackages/view) and the following datasets:
- Registration: To register to the event, please fill in the online registration. In case that the online registration does not work, you can also use the UNC registration form and send it to Alden Sharpe (ajsharpe at cs.unc.edu).
- Download an Ubuntu Virtual Machine with Slicer 4.4 here
