The goal of this project is to create a new semi-automated tool for SlicerCIP that allows to define bronchiectasis by means of the airway to vessel ratio. If ratio > 1, then there is bronchiectasis.	Implement a customized Slicer editor module to select the region of interest (airway + vessel) Implement a tool to compute the airway to vessel ratio Use SlicerCIP template to save results	Customized Slicer module to measure airways and vessels by means of rulers created AV ratio is computed and shown to the user The SlicerCIP template is used save results and create PDF report Next step: use circular rulers for better measurement
