Objective

Elastix is an open-source package for image registration developed by Stefan Klein and Marcus Staring. The objective is to interface Elastix with Slicer4. References: S. Klein, M. Staring, K. Approach, Plan

The elastix executable will be wrapped in Slicer as a Command Line Plug-in. Since Elastix is a flexible program with many parameters, a number of presets will be defined to simplify usage.
